BOOKING YOUR BAR
We know that one of the most important parts of any event is being able to have good drinks flowing!
You are just a few steps away from securing our bar for your very special day!
Step 1 - Choose Your Bar
You can choose from our show-stopping Horsebox bar to bring that real 1920's cocktail vibe outside or our Pop-up bar, perfect for indoor events!
Step 2 - Choose Your Drinks
We will provide Prosecco, and Juices and garnishes for the duration of your event to enable your Guests to “pimp their prosecco” how they would love. We will also have a Menu of Prosecco Cocktails for your guests to choose from.
We will provide Gin and Juices and garnishes for the duration of your event to enable your Guests to channel their “Ginspiration” how they choose. We will also have a Menu of Gin Cocktails for your guests to choose from.
We will provide all drinks required of the following types: Cocktails (we have a menu of firm favourites but we are happy to discuss if you would like to have a signature drink made for the day or have something in mind you would prefer!), Wines (Red/White/Rose), Prosecco & Beers, Larger, Ale and Cider. This is a great option if you have no bar at your venue and you are looking to offer something a little more expansive to your guests.
Step 3 - Choose how you want your bar to run
On the day your guests pay cash or by card at the bar.
You put a desired amount behind the bar and we serve your guests without charge. Once the amount has been reached, we will then revert to a Cash Bar. Drinks tokens will be supplied for your guests by Near & Far.
You pay for all of the guests drinks for the duration of the event. We take payment for the bar bill at the end of the hire period.
